His work is grounded in the psychology of decision-making. Long before AI entered the conversation, he was helping charities understand what moves people from awareness to action, and from action to loyalty.
Beatriz Martinez
PRODUCT Beatriz has spent her career making sure technology actually serves the people it's meant for.
As a Product Designer and UX Strategist, she has worked across both large corporate organisations and early-stage startups, including Cambridge University Press and Assessment and ieso Digital Health, where she led the design and content strategy of their first AI therapist. With experience in both digital transformation and creating brand new products, she brings a deep understanding of both designing for the people who matter most and making technology work for the teams behind them.
